Do I have a booking?

If booking online, you will receive on-screen confirmation of your booking, which will also be emailed to you.

For postal bookings, please provide an email address in the space provided on the application form and we will notify you by email as soon as we have processed your application.

You will then receive confirmation of your booking (together with notification of any additional charges due) from your holiday park/operator.  You may also receive confirmation of your booking via e-mail direct from your holiday park/operator.

If applying by post, unsuccessful applicants will have their payment returned by May 23, 2013. If you have not heard anything by May 23 please telephone our hotline on 0844 543 9743 (calls cost 5p per minute from a BT land line and may be monitored or recorded for staff training purposes).
