ONLINE: When booking online firstly book your holiday, then please use the CONTACTUS form to tell us your requirements. We will then endeavour to book suitable accommodation for you and will contact you directly should we require any further information. Please note we must receive this request via email within 48 hours of your booking being made. Any requests received outside of this time scale will be subject to the standard Terms and Conditions of this offer.
