In order to access the booking site you will need a booking reference number. Your exclusive reference number can be found at the top right-hand corner on the letter we sent you recently. You cannot use this booking site without this number - if you do not have this number or it is not recognised by the system and you have been on a Sun Holiday in the last two years, please CONTACT US with details of your last Sun Holiday and your current address. We will then provide you with an exclusive reference number.

If you have not been on a Sun Holiday in the last two years you will not be eligible for an exclusive reference number. You are still able to make a booking by post using the newspaper booking form.

To make a booking online, you will need to enter your reference number, the unique code words that will have been printed on the tokens in the paper and a valid email address. You will then need to select the number of people in your party, bearing in mind that you will need to pay for a minimum of 4 people.

It will then take you to a screen where you will be able to pick which parks and dates you would like to search availability for.

N.B Only confirm a booking that you want as no amendments can be made to the booking once it is confirmed. You will then need to enter your payment details and your booking will be confirmed - an email confirmation will then be sent to you.
